MPower by Dr Reddy’s: Designing a High-Impact Leadership Festival Across India

Large-scale corporate events are no longer just gatherings, they are platforms for alignment, motivation, and momentum. MPower, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories’ multi-city leadership festival, was designed with exactly that purpose: to bring people together through energy, clarity, and shared vision.

Spanning four major cities, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Bangalore, MPower brought together over 4,000 participants, making it one of the most expansive experiential initiatives seen in the pharmaceutical sector.

A Festival-Scale Corporate Experience

Dr Reddy’s envisioned MPower 2025 as more than a conventional internal event. The brief was to create a high-octane, festival-style experience that combined leadership communication, product momentum, and team celebration, while maintaining consistency across multiple cities.

The challenge lay in delivering a unified experience at scale, without losing the intensity, precision, and emotional connection required for a leadership-driven audience.

We brought together strategy, scale, and storytelling through a unified experiential design executed across four cities. From stage production and content flow to leadership moments and performances, every touchpoint was aligned under a single creative vision while remaining adaptable to each venue. The result was a high-energy, immersive experience that engaged over 4,000 attendees and demonstrated how large-format corporate events can deliver clarity, consistency, and impact at scale within the pharmaceutical industry.
